Prostate infection?

Hi,

I was recently diagnosed with prostatitis because of constant urgency to go pee & even after I was finished, it still felt like I had to go, and it would feel like I didn't get all of the urine out. I also had some small pains that went with it. I ended up going to the walk in clinic the same day I started experiencing these symptoms and they checked my urine and said I had some white blood cells in it, and they then diagnosed me with a prostate infection. I took 10 days of antibiotics (sulfameth) & after I finished them, I still had some of the symptoms but I felt a bit better. Its been about a week since I finished my antibiotics and I still have some of the symptoms , like I still feel like I need to pee even after I just went. I also feel a movable lump that doesn't hurt on each side of my pelvis, should I be worried? Could I just be having these symptoms because I just got over the infection? They didn't find any bacterial growth in the urine I'm pretty sure. I'm also 14, if that helps.

Hello~Give the meds a few more days to do their job, if you are still having issues after, make another appointment with your doctor for more blood work.
