Rash

I recently visited my Family Doctor to address a red, itchy rash? around the head of my penis, and in my belly button. My belly button actually had a grey like crust inside. I was prescribed Fluconazole 100mg for a yeast infection (Thrush).. After a week, it appears as if it is getting better (Penis). Red spots going away, no pain during an erection etc.
I am now getting what appears to be a itchy rash on the base of my palms, wrists, chest, and belly button area.
I also seem to get a big pimple on my beltline and it bursts, seems ok for a couple days, and continues to fill again. It leaves black scars where previous once were, but in almost the exact same area every time, These may not be related? I am out of the country, and in the oil and gas industry, so I try to insure hygiene is a must, as there are some, who are not as clean as I would like, and it can be a dirty job. A lot of people are onboard, and the water supply isn't that great..(Seems to me)
Any ideas to sooth my mind?
I will remain out of the country for 3 more weeks, until I can see my Dr again.
Please advise.

Thank you for the response.
I previously experienced the soap and detergent issues, and for the past month, have been using non scented, Dermatologically approved Aveeno, so I think I can assume that is not the case. I am applying Lamisil to some areas, and some diaper rash creams. This aids in the itch, but no help with the rashes themselves.
Regards,

The penis and surrounding areas are prone to lots of rashes and itchiness, primarily because the moist, hot environment of the crotch is a good breeding ground for bacteria, and also because the penis skin is so sensitive that it reacts quickly to harsh soaps and detergents.  To keep the itchiness and rash from the penis, use a good penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil).  A cream with a combination of vitamin E and shea butter is suggested for fighting itches and rashes.
