Red bumps on side of groin and buttox that come back?

I have red bumps that I feel come when I sweat they are uncomfortable and they don’t have pus in them. They are the size of a pea usually. Any idea what I could use and what it might be? It isn’t heat rash I don’t think I googled it. It isn’t a bunch of bumps just 2 to 4 in one spot ever so often.

This sounds like folliculitis, which is when you have bacteria in your hair follicules.  Try washing the area with a disinfectant soap that has chlorhexidine (like Hibiclens, which you can find at your local drug store).  If that doesn't clear it up, set up an appointment with your dermatologist.
