Red lumps on penis anybody know what they are?

So I’ve been having unprotected sex with a girl for the last three months who has been checked and before sleeping together we both had no STDs, I have also had no partners in the past with STDs, recently a few small mosquito bite looking lumps have appeared on one side of the base of my penis and I haven’t been able to find out what they are through any research, can anyone help?
