Red oozing sore on penis (Pictures included!)
Hey,
I am a male 20, currently experiencing some penis problems i have had a red sore on the head of penis that doesnt heal, it turns into a scab once it comes off it will go red again and start oozing. My penis has also become very dry and ithcy. Under the head shaft of my penis i have tiny lumps that wont go away but will get extremly icthy and swollen when i scracth/rub it . this is very uncomfortable i have attached links to the picture for reference thanks.

Before you ask i do masturbate ALOT and keeping up to date with hygiene hasn't been much of a priority now it has ofcourse but this is so unexpected and has persisted for almost a month now. Thanks.
