Red rash on penis

I’m a 30 year old 165 pound male.

I have had a red rash on my penis that itches every now and then, especially when it’s hot. It sometimes comes and goes on it’s own, but it has persistently stayed over the course of the past month. Sometimes i even have a tiny blister on it too. It’s just a few tiny areas on the penis and sometimes very small amounts on the head. I have noticed very tiny bumps in and around the area of the rash

It has affected my sexual life, so when it’s giving me problems, I of course abstain from sexual activities. I’ve tried changing Soaps to see if maybe it was an allergic reaction, but I’ve used the same soap for years. No improvement from that.

I’ve tried antibiotic creams, campho phenique, and most recently jock itch cream. The jock itch cream helps with the itching and subsided the rash a little, but I’m not seeing great improvement. I have noticed my groin area sometimes itches so that’s what made me think to try jock itch cream.

Any help is appreciated. I hope this can be resolved without a trip to the doctor. It’s just something I can’t afford. Thanks for your help.
