Red scrotum with crawling pinching/ pinging sensation, any ideas?
Ok so, story time,
About 5 months ago, a woman came over, I told her I didnt want any sex and it was just to hang out but apparently she had other plans and pressured me into sex. After, she said she had hed genital herpes yet said nothing since there was no outbreak present ( nor that I saw really) and her doctor said she wasnt at risk for passing. She later stated she had never had an outbreak.
After hearing this, I panicked, while I DID wear a condom, I felt at risk still so I rushed to the bathroom and did somthing very stupid, I wiped down my entire groin area with clorox disinfectent wipes, burned like hell! About 30 minutes later after she stormed out, I took a shower as well.
When I awoke the next day, my scrotum was bright red, felt the slightest of a burning sensation on the right side, scrotum clearly iritated, and I felt a crawling sensation all over my groin area, an intense crawling and a sort of pinging, pinching , sort of feel every now and then. Since then I have tried hydroquartersone and anti fungal, as well as bacitracin at the request of a nurse thinking it was a PH burn from the girl. The bacitracin ( presumably) got the intense crawling down to a infrequent occasional light tingle possibly. Since then, I have used topical steroids and anti fungal, I noticed both seemed to help at certain times then just didnt.
Its like this, I used bacitracin for a bit and it worked great, then stopped fror a day or two and resumed. When I did, it provoked the crawling sensation. The same situation happened with anti fungals, hydro, and genitrex. So I am not sure what is really helping.
Extra info
-was bright red with massive crawling feeling, now almost or is normal collored groin with barely any crawling and occasional pinches.
-sensation covers entire groin and creases, mostly right side.
- no bumps or sores, nothing abnormal about the penis itself or groin, save whats listed.
- I do have psoriasis in the groin but never had this experience.
- Since then, ive testsed nearly every few weeks to month for full STI screen, including herpes, all came back negative. 5 tests thus far, all negative.
So Im not sure if this is from the clorox wipes or if she gave me jock itxh or contact derm ( which has happened with another individual prior)
