Red spots on penis after intercourse

Hi everyone!

Its been over 2 months now, since red spots and a bit of discomfort has shown on my penis. Usually it occurs everytime after intercourse with my girlfriend, we are not using condoms as protection, but she has an implant. We have both been tested in the past, so I suppose there cant be any sifilis etc.

After using canesten or similar creams, it usually wears of in few days, but not always.

Its not allergy to washig liquid or latex.

I have some pain if squeezing. Providing picture, but it doesn't seems as visible as I wanted.

What could it be?
