Red spots on penis head

Wondering if anyone can help, I’ve recently developed some red areas and spots on my foreskin and penis head, these are really small and do not cause any pain or itch. I have not had any discharge from my penis.

I have had this a few times before and it goes away within about 3 days. I am sexually active and slept with a new girl about 5 days ago. However she was a virgin and that was her first time, it did feel quite sore and tight during intercourse.

I have had these spots before I was even sexually active and have been diagnosed with balanitis before I was sexually active. I get myself checked for STD’s regularly and do not think it is one of these. My ex girlfriend from 5 yrs ago did have some warts related to HPV, could this be linked? It just seems strange these have developed a few days after I had unprotected sex, not sure if it’s appropriate but I uploaded 2 photos on my profile to show what it looks like

I know I should see a doctor in person but the doctors are closed in my area for the next 2 days. Any help/advice would be great thanks
