red rash and wrinkles on penis head
I get a red rash once and a while accompanied by what looks like deep wrinkles on the head of my penis, it does have an odor but doesn't hurt. the inside of my urethra is itchy at times. it's never really formed anything that looks like herpes ulcers, and i never got any flu symptoms. my best guess had been herpes in fact but 90% of the symptoms just don't match.
they do however look like little red dots and when looked at with bright light they appeared to have redness around them.

i visited my doctor but he insisted there was no test for it, but i have looked it up and most sources say there should be a pcr test for it?
