Reoccurring ureoplasma

My partners in the last fifteen years have had three abortions possibly because of the presence of ureoplasma in my body. Regardless of its controversial effect on pregnancy, I am quite convinced that it does play its role. Now, my recent wife was just about to go through IVF when the gynecologist informed her of high amounts of ureoplasma in her body. Now I have to take antibiotics...but I am curious. In the course of the last theee months I have taken zithromax twice. Once for three days (1g) and then for four days (1gr) after a two months. In both cases I was protecting my chest from bronchitis as viral infections almost always seem to attack my chest. Now, the big question: why do I show ureoplasma since I have taken zithromax? I understand that these bacteria can grow back, but can they in just a couple of months (when my wife had her micro tests done..which is two
months after my last zithromax). Is it possible I could have contracted it through anal activity with my wife?...or, could they be so resistant that I need a different antiobiotic?  Please bear in mind I have been monagamous for the last ten years, which excludes my being infected by other partners. Should I take a different type of drug? I feel haunted.
