I am 67 years old and for the last four years my penis has shrunk, retracked, shriveled, (what
ever the discreption) to where I cannot stand to urinate but need to sit like women do so that I don't wet myself. I have very occassionally woke with a slight erection or when needing to urinate, feeling my penis is protruding enough to control a standing discharge. It is quite embaressing to have wet pants most of the time. Any suggestions?
