Returning symptoms after negative mycoplasma genitalium re-test.

Hi
I am a 37 year old male with no past medical history. I am healthy and fit.
I got azithromycin 1,5 mg. after a positive MG test at the end of December. It was a 5 day course and I took the last pill on december 27th.
I got a re-test about 3 weeks after I finished the course and it turned out to be negative, which is good, but...
A few days after I started the course in december the symptoms subside and I was with no symptoms even before the course was done. Then a week or two after I had a little symptoms for a few days, but then they disappeared.
Now, 4 weeks after finished my course and a week after I got re-tested negative for MG I am experiencing returning symptoms. Not far as bad as the symptoms I had before my course.
What is this? Is it MG again?? Or is it some kind of after reaction??
