Scrotum question

I was just wondering how often other guys scrotums are relaxed. I feel like my balls are not as loose hanging as they should be. I'm over 20 so I don't think age is a factor. Do men usually have a loose sack when they are sexually active? Because i have found my sack tightens up when with a partner. Can any guys help me?

Im 20 years old and i am very conscerned about my scrotum.  I was diagnosed with a variocele about a month ago which is fine with me im not gettin surgery and its not that serious, i also have two non cancerous cysts. Reason for telling you is because i dont kno why my scrotum is so saggy i mean thats fine and all but it sags atleast 4 inches when its hot out and what not, which is normal but when i get aroused or ejaculate it never ever tightens up like ive herd off.  It only tightens up when im anxious or sometimes cold other then that it just sags all the time; during sex etc. I dont know what the problem is and its really annoying me please help.

You sound perfectly fine to me. Generally your scrotum will tighten during sexual arousal - and considerably tighten as you near orgasm. It's generally most relaxed and loose when *you're* relaxed, or after a hot bath/shower.
