Semen in my urine?

I have been masturbating like twice a day sometimes more for a week or two. I have no discomfort at all when peeing but when i looked in my urine i had what looked to be semen floating in my urine? My brother said when he had an std his pee was cloudy,
(not particles) and very painful, but im still worried. I also had what looked to be semen stains in my underwear. Does anybody know what this could be?

Spermatorrhea afflicts men who indulged too frequently in sex, particularly masturbation. It is characterized by loss of potency, "leaking" of bodily fluids, and semen discharge into urine.
Its an actual medical term, but does this sound like the case, cuz i've been getting both sex and masturbation.

It is possible to have semen in your urine and normal.  You can press on a certain part of your body between your testicles and rectum and cause your semen to stay inside of you and then when you pee it comes out.  This is only happening after you masturbate though correct?
