Hey I had sex with three different escort all with condom yesterday my right testicle seems to be aching a day after, did I get any stds from the escorts?
You wore a condom which is good. You can still get some std's with condom used such as herpes on the exposed area, syphilis (they'd have to have had a sore) or hpv. But NONE Of those would cause an issue immediately like that.
