Hello!
Here's my general situation:
I'm a 27 year old male who takes medication for anxiety and panic attack issues. I'm certainly not alone there. My medications work, except for some sexual side effects being to main noticeable side effect of my daily medication... Again, that's not too uncommon. But after a few years, I think I'm beginning to realize it's also totally dummed down my drive to even try to meet women, my impetus to even approach them. Several years ago, I'd generally be fine with approaching women.
Still, I've recently decided to ask for some other people's opinions about this. I'm almost considering waning off my daily meds and just taking my as needed medication. Feel free to give me your advice on this too, but that's not my main point of this post...
My main reason for this post is I can't decide whether or not I should take a men's multivitamin to potentially help compensate for my sex side effects and lack of drive to try to find a girlfriend, to date, etc. I bought some well-reviewed men's multivitamins a few months ago, but haven't started them yet. I'm weary to start them. Amongst other ways it is supposed to help men is improved sex drive, as I can only assume it helps boost masculine chemicals within the body such as testosterone. I don't like taking any medication, so I can't decide if I should include these multivitamins in that category. I don't want to feel "dependent" on them, as I don't like feeling dependent on medications. I usually try to avoid them of possible. But, if taking one or two a day can potentially improve my sex-related side effects, should I go ahead and just try them?
Any help would be appreciated. I'm new to this forum, and is my first post. But I just read a lot of posts in another thread just last night, so hope to use this more often!
Thank you
