Small bump near pubic area

I have a small bump/lump near my pubic area on the upper left. I have squeezed it before and some liquid came out of it. But now when i squeeze it nothing came out and it doesnt hurt anymore, but when i squeeze it really hard it does hurt a little bit. The lump/bump is not noticeable unless if i touch it. Please help me.

It's probably a pimple. Not a good idea to squeeze it, because you could make it worse. It will heal by itself, but just keep the area clean. You could also try using a penis health cream with vitamin A, which is supposed to help clear up pimples.

EDIT : I think the bump used to be a sebaceous cyst before, because u've had a lot of them. But i squeezed the pus out already. Could it became a permanent bump or anything?

It might be a pimple caused by a clog skin pore. Squeezing a pimple will lead to infection. If it will not subside after 5 days, go to the doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
