Red Ring
Hello, I just recently discovered a red itchy ring around my penis near the circumcision scar. I know it's not an STD because I've had the same sexual partner for a year now, and we always use a condom. I'm just wondering if this could maybe be friction related? We don't use lube ever, only her natural vaginal lubricant. It's itchy and only just started to get red today. When I noticed it yesterday it was very dry, but that has since gone away with the application of lotion. I'm only wondering if this is normal dry skin issues (I have very dry skin in places on my body) or if it's something else. Thank you!
