Small red non itchy/painful patches on my penis that disappear and reappear.

I'm 20 and non diabetic. The patches i have on my glans are sometimes bright red in color but often in a light shade of pink. They don't hurt or itch but sometimes the glans looks moist. They disappear in a week or two and reappear again at some other spot. Its been an year and I still can't figure out what exactly it is. I am worried if its cancer or something like that.

Okay, that it doesn't itch is good.  It may be due to balanitis which can be hygiene related. It doesn't sound like anything like cancer.  But have it checked next time you notice it.  https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/red-spot-on-penis
