Spontaneous Orgasm's

Hi! I have a very urgent problem!

First some background. I never had sex and I do not masturbate. I sometimes get aroused but my orgasms are limited to wet dreams (which I keep getting less frequently, I think there is about a year between the last one and the one before that. They used to be much more frequent than that). Because my orgasms used to hurt really badly (they do not anymore) I am afraid of them and dislike getting them.

When I was around 18 I started to get wet dreams and they were very painful. But the more orgasms I have had in the past the less painful my orgasms are. Now my orgasms do not hurt anymore. However recently (I am around 30 now) I started to feel spontaneous orgamsms in public. I have had that 3 times now and though I could hold it in it is really annoying and prevents me from functioning properly.

So basically I need to get rid of my spontaneous orgasms.

Does anyone know what might be going on with me and how I can solve this? I am pretty desperate!

Hi, thanks for the answer. However I think that I solved my problem. After some searching I found this paper: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/ca.23006.

It talks about someone who apparently got prostate induced orgasms. Not sure if that is the case with me since I never used sex toys and hence never used his methods but our problems seemed related.

After years of thinking erotic thoughts without having someone touch my **** I started to excrete a little bit of sperm out of my **** whenever I got really aroused. It felt good so I did it multiple times per day. I think this wrecked my body. So I stopped doing it for a few weeks and it seems to have made the spontaneous orgasms disappear.

Since I excreted sperm by merely thinking erotic thoughts this required me to banish eroticism from my mind during the day completely. Erotic dreams do not appear to cause problems even if they occur frequently.

So in short the solution is just to banish eroticism from my mind whenever I am awake. I find this to be much easier then masterbating and it frees up time to use for more productive pursuits. Building up of sperm should not be a problem since that is what wet dreams are for.

Sounds like you need to start having normal sexual activity. Not ejaculating can cause your sperm to build up and involuntarily release (just like wet dreams). I don't know why you aren't masturbating, but you seriously need to start. Masturbating is normal and healthy. Go buy a stroker or masturbation toy and find out what you've been missing.
