Red bump on shaft but doesn’t sound like normal diagnosis

A week ago I noticed a little red bump on my shaft area so I went in to the er I just wanted to be safe he said he wasn’t sure and see a specialist.  That little red bump overnight at least doubled in size and is painfully irritating and is also causing feverish symptoms along with insane fatigue, I haven’t touched it messed with it and this morning it popped and a lot of white puss came out it’s been forty min since then and it’s right back where it was large and irritating. Any ideas what is going on.

One thing the Doctors on here always asked for was some history.  Have you had unprotected sex recently?  If you have not put yourself at risk for an STD then this is likely something else.  Skin stuff is difficult to determine.  You may have to seek out a skin doctor.
