Thin wrist,narrow shoulder,fatty thighs,love handles,low testosterone,masturbation

Hi,
I masturbate often for the past 8 yrs. In the past few years my testosterone level decreased. Now I have very thin and weak wrists, very narrow and bony shoulders that doesn't look like a man's, huge amount of fat in thighs and love handles. Body is so weak and tired. Got Varicocele in the past few months as well. I'm doing my best to reduce the frequency of masturbation. I know I've lost so much energy, charming face and memory power because of masturbation for a long time.

I need to know what diet or what should be done in order to get strong and thick muscles, nice shoulders like a man, wide chest, slim thighs and hips, stamina. What kind of exercises should I do and how long should I do? I cannot do weight exercises as it will disturb my varicocele however, I can do cardio exercises. Suggest a simple and effective diet to get all my energy back in at-least six months time period. Last masturbated: today. Masturbation frequency average: almost 7 to 10 times a month.

*NOHARD, give some great ideas.*

Thanks

Ronald, I don't for a moment believe that masturbation has a thing to do with ill health. You said you had low testosterone? How do you know?  And if a doctor tested you, then he/she should have acknowledged your body changes and the hormones.  When I was in nursing school I learned of two things that described your complaints. I am no longer a nurse so i cannot diagnose, but please go back to your doctor and if they don't find your problem, or seem like they don't know, then ask for a referral to a good diagnostician. Please follow up, and forget about telling about the masturbation, that is safe and normal. Good luck.

I have Varicocele and have been weight lifting for years! My Urologist said it's not a problem.
As for a routine do the following. FIRST GET THE OK FROM YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!

The Peak 8 routine it will quickly raise your heart rate 8 times for very short bursts, with a cooling down period in between. Ideally you’ll be sprinting or cycling full throttle for 30 seconds with a 90 second cool down in between each outburst.

This is the fastest way to lose fat and build muscle in the body. Peak 8 actually stimulates the growth hormone in the body. I encourage you to visit Dr Mercola’s site to learn more about Peak 8 fitness because I personally feel that it is one of the best ways to exercise, especially considering the speed at which you can lose fat and build muscle.

I highly recommend you read this article and watch the videos on the page. It will give you all the information you need to know about Peak 8 – Flood Your Body With This “Youth Hormone” In Just 20 Minutes

What you eat after Peak 8 training does matter
It’s recommended that you do not eat sugar or carbohydrate for 2 hours after the Peak 8 exercise because these foods can impact the release of the growth hormone in the body.  The link is below
http://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2010/11/13/phil-campbell-on-peak-8-exercises.aspx
To figure your heart rate exercise zone you subtract your age from 220 that is your maximum heart rate you should try to get your heart rate between 65% and 85% of your maximum heart rate when doing the peak 8 routine. I suggest buying a heart rate monitor that straps around your chest and the readout straps on your wrist like a watch. you can you this at any sports shop.

You burn 30 percent more fat from doing cardio after a weights session as opposed to cardio on its own.

Thanks for your reply Ms.Sharma. I don't think that Masturbation is a normal thing while it affects my health. I've heard so many doctors and other people saying that masturbation is healthy. But basically I feel that it isn't good anymore to me. Maybe because I did it a lot. Even without masturbation, nocturnal emission will release the sexual pressure. While I tested for the testosterone levels my results showed minimal normal levels (will post the exact measurements in the next post). Also I can sense that in my daily life. I always feel tired and lazy. But my lifestyles isn't an active one as well. Most I use computers since I'm a software person. Very less physical movement and whole day desk job. My lower body is huge and upper body has no muscles at all and it is very lean and weak. No broad chest or strong shoulders. Only pointy shoulders and weak and this wrists are there whereas I have a belly, too much fat in thighs and bum. Having love handles as well. I would like to get rid of these stuffs and have a healthy, fit and slim body as I'm just 23 years old. Please guide me through this process. I've decided to quick porn and masturbation completely as its not good as per my religious views.

Thanks in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
Masturbation is completely normal for both men and women and there is nothing to call it dirty. It is actually is one of the body’s most effective ways to relieve stress. Masturbation is a perfectly healthy activity, whether a person is female or male unless it is interfering with your daily activities and lifestyle. Masturbation and sexual activity usually have no significant effect on testosterone levels. Masturbation does not have any negative effects on hormone levels. Consuming more calories than you burn will help in gaining weight. Try to gain weight in a healthy and steady way. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. You may consult a nutritionist and get a diet chart made which will provide you with adequate calories in a healthy way. A steady and disciplined approach will help. Do keep me posted.
Take care and regards!
