Traveling abroad: Inflamed cyst on ventral side of penis

I’ve had this cyst my entire life, it’s never grown or been painful but just two day ago it became inflamed and quite tender/painful to the touch. I would normally go straight to the hospital but mentioned above, I’m currently in Thailand for the next 7 days. The swelling has gone down since the first day but it’s still ozzing a small about of pus and painful.

Considering I’m in the islands of Thailand what should I do? I’m very concerned about this especially due to the sensitive location
