Urithritis and inflamed penis for months after oral sex

I am about to give up after months of going to doctors and getting no answers. I am a white Caucasian male that is 19 years old. In july I hooked up with this girl and she gave me oral sex. Two days later I experienced clear discharge and pain in my urethra when going to the bathroom. The symtomps evolved into constant tingling, and stabbing pain in my penis and it burned everytime I went to the bathroom. The severity of the symtomps decreased over time but I am still getting a little bit of pain, tingling, and burning when going to the bathroom. I have been blood tested for herpes, hiv, chlamydia, ghonnorhea after 4 months exposure and the test results came back negative. There was one time I was cleaning my penis with toilet paper after going to the bathroom and I used it to wipe after using the bathroom and for a while now it burns everytime I drop a stool. This is still going on since july and no doctor has an answer for me. I have taken doxycycline and clortrimazole. Whenever I used the clortrimazole cream the condition got worse and the discharge was more and the pee burning got worse. This has ruined my sex life, social life, and my mental state. I really want to get to the bottom of the answer here and I do not know where to go.
edit: Also every now and then these red inflammation spots on my penis glans occur.

Something is definitely going on there.  Had you at that time changed fragrance, soap, or detergent - or for that matter any lubricant for "private times"? Allergic reactions to the fragrances (especially in detergents and soaps but other things too) are not uncommon and can be very uncomfortable when it involves your privates. Did you return to the doc that prescribed the meds?  I think you should and tell him what you told us.
