Vibration in Penis Solved?

Several years ago i started having the sensation of a small buzzing or vibrating at the tip of my penis, where the urethra is and it naturally freaked me out. I looked into it and it seemed a large number of other people were having it with equally awful feelings about it. After a few months of my anxiety being through the roof i found a post on a non medical website where a woman described her husband having the same problem. She said that it was an issue with his back from sitting so much and that it caused back problems which he was able to fix with some squats. I do not remember the exact position but i believed it involved keeping the heels of your foot close to your bottom in a squat for as long as you could to uncompress your spine. I remember following the advice and my issue that had been with me for a while was cured overnight. Has anyone else tried a similar exercise or back fixing routine to see if it would alleviate the symptoms. Mine have returned do to me being in a strenuous line of work which is rough on my back, just like it was when the symptoms first appeared.
