Penis Gland

Some weeks ago I had protected oral sex and thought nothing of it. Shortly afterwards, I had sex with my wife. She was very dry and i noticed that my penile gland became very red and sore (red patches). She had a itch for a couple of days but got treated with betadine... and promptly cleared. I obviously became very worried. I've applied some canesten cream and dexaval (mild atopic cortisone cream). even betadine.
Things have gotten better 4 weeks on now... but skin is still slightly red and mildly dry. On the other hand when penis is erect i can see dozens of small skin colored smooth bumps scattered all over the gland. They dont itch, burst, anything. they dont present a head, or puss or anthing. They are just there for a few seconds particularly when gland is very swolen.
When gland is not swolen, i can see tiny red patches where the bumps should be.
I dont have discharge or anything
can anyone help?

Hi also, if you penis was covered there would not be any risk for std,s. When your squeezing it and see the bumps would appear to  be normal blood engorged pores.
Bottom line is that even unprotected oral is low risk and with the condom would be no risk.

Your doctor.  Don't just treat at home if you are worried about an STD.
