Vitamins (D/K) helped all my problems but then didn't, I'm back at rock bottom.

Exactly what the title says, I took vitamin D and had a decent ejaculation the first day but really only then and thought I finally figured it out but starting taking 10,000 IU and that kinda made things worse again but mostly elsewhere in that case instead of my genitals (periodic heart palpitations and things like that, probably hypercalcemia), and now since I started taking 200 MCG Vitamin K with 5000 IU of vitamin d instead it seems like I'm REALLY back to square one/at my worst again (maybe 5000 is a bit much for me too but I really don't get out that much).

Now I'm back to "tumor scrotum" that's always nearly pulled inside my body, tiny balls (right one ever so slightly better than it was, left one on life support), erectile dysfunction and no semen (not even counting the water drops I take like 30min-1hr to get out at this point, I just can't get convince to give up without getting that one out, it's rough), among other things like my constipation came back somewhat (takes days before a "movement").

My appetite is gone again, my fatigue came back (and my random "dizziness"?/walking funny?), my memory is getting shaky again (not sure this ever got better though), and I'm still kinda peeing alot I guess, it's hard to tell with that cause it's probably the most inconsistent thing maybe next to the sexual function/lack of, In fact right now my coffee is hitting hard while other days it's like I never drunk anything at all.

I think vitamin A might've helped my balls grow back but that didn't seem to last either I don't think, probably placebo because of what I read after Google searching, however that even happens (********.at/fyAD0) I also took one 1000 MCG B12 too those 2 days for whatever that's worth, but as I said results were barely noticeable, maybe my imagination or totally nonexistent because those aren't even low.

No way to delete a post huh? cause I might as well help myself as usual, apparently I was supposed to take the vitamins with food for better absorption for one, that helped today.

Is taking the vitamins an hour after coffee relevant? allegedly that's fine but who knows.

Ok, now I actually just got a weird sharp pain in the left side of my penis and left testicle/scrotum at the same time, now it's on the right side and the left one feels like it's burning.

I was getting a strong un-scratchable itch in the left side last night too, I'm obviously having some kind of strong reaction to the vitamin k in some ways instead of it helping me.

Let me restate some things, vitamin A and B12 PROBABLY aren't low, this is all guess work, and now that I'm feeling "them" again they're not back to how small they were but I still think I've fallen off a bit and they shrink and grow with no rhyme or reason, and even then they're "all bark no bite".

As usual I forgot some things I can't just edit in so here goes.

1: Stomach feels strange somewhat frequently, not sure I'd quite call it "pain".

2: Scrotum is back to the nasty weird feeling kinda like it's (almost) constantly moving mixed with a little bit of what I guess could be called pain even though it's basically a ugly stationery rock stuck to my body at this point, hardly ever moves anywhere.

3: Little to no/varied genital sensation (when touching and just in general) except the aforementioned scrotum thing unfortunately.

4: The seemingly unprovoked pain in random parts of my back is still there, I'm under the assumption nothing is actually wrong with my back itself though aside from the same thing screwing with everything else, but no herniated disc etc.
