Watery secretion from Montgomery glands

For a few years now I have had watery secretion from my Montgomery/Areolar glands.  It only comes out if I squeeze my nipples.  Should I go see a doctor about this? At first I thought I had something to do with the body building supplements I was taking, but I have stopped for about a year now and I still have the discharge.  Isn't this only supposed to happen to pregnant women??

They are the bumps (some of them white, some not) in the areola of the nipple.
