Hi,
This morning, my husband and I noticed his scrotum actually moving around, like in waves, or rolling.. He feels no discomfort or pain, but it looks very strange and neither of us have ever noticed this happening before..
Can someone please put our minds at rest, and explain what is happening here?

Many thanks
Athelas :)
