What are these red bumps on my upper thighs???

I am not sure if its herpes or follicultis but it does not itch or hurt. I have abouy 6 or 7-8 red bumps in each of my upper thighs. I also have a solid red bump on my lower leg for over 3 months that won't go away. Could it be staph?

Just like the brown spots are not cancer, this is doubtful to be staph.  You are likely right that it is related to hair follicles.  Get it checked when you get the brown spots checked but try not to freak out about all of these things on your body as they are typically just little benign things we deal with.
