What are these two bumps on my penis?

A few weeks back I made a post here about a bug bite like bump on the shaft of my penis. It's cleared up and it reacted just like a bug bite. It's smaller with a small scab. If that were the end of it then I would leave it at that and just assume it was a bug bite and go on my merry way. If only it were just that. A few days ago I awoke to some reddening on the head of my penis and I was immediately very frustrated because I had just been relieved of my last worry down there. There were roughly two patches, with one being slightly rougher than the other. Over time they've both shrunk and have formed scabs over them. Another important piece of information is that I am in no way sexual active. I've never even had another person touch me like that. I do masturbate frequently but I haven't since these problems started. When the "bug bite" shrunk I started again and the next morning is when the reddening started. They do look like they're getting better and there's no itching with them. Just two (three including the "bug bite") scabbed red bumps. The obvious thing that concerns me is how these may be similar to herpes blisters, but that's probably me being paranoid as I've never had any sexual contact. I haven't even had a cold sore on my lip in well over a year. Pretty worried. I might swallow my pride and head to the doctor if these don't go away soon. I'm mostly worried about how I'd tell my parents seeing as I'm 17 and they're very religious and will assume I've been having sex whenever I go out. Any advice with these problems would be a huge help. Thanks for your time
