What does "pee too often" mean to you? How often are you peeing?

How much water are you drinking? How much caffeine do you drink? Alcohol? Sports drinks? Juices? The first thing I would do is to cut way back on everything but water, and increase the water, and see if that helps, at least with the burning feeling.

Did you see a urologist or just a regular doctor? If that doesn't help, you may need to see a urologist. There are certain things that may be functionally wrong and you may need other tests.

But try the water first.

There are also foods that can irritate the bladder. This is about overactive bladder, which I don't know if you have, but the list is the same - https://www.healthline.com/health/11-foods-to-avoid-if-you-have-oab But really, start with the water.

Let us know how you are.
