What's wrong with my foreskin?!? Please help

Hello I will try to keep this brief:
I got together my girlfriend around 3 weeks ago and to begin with we were having unprotected sex, we have both been tested and come back clear, and everything was fine , this last week we have been using condoms as taking the pill doesn't agree with her , around 4-5 days ago I woke up and my penis was itching on and off all day , I got in from work and examined it while I was in the shower and I noticed that there was what looked to be a tear in my frenulum however I started rubbing it and it began to peel , as this the rest of my foreskin kind of like when you get sun burn and you peel. The next day I went to the toilet at work and noticed some white discharge underneath my foreskin that had an unpleasant odour to it that night in the shower I cleaned all my foreskin and penis head and the peeling began again , if I thoroughly wash everything and rub all the peeling skin away I get temporary relief from the itching , throughout these last few days my foreskin has also started developing a tight band around it almost as if there's something swelling it's got to the point where retracting the foreskin feels uncomfortable and very tight, ( I have never had this problem) and my foreskin at the end when I don't have an erection is very red and today I was washing the peeling skin off and afterwards it was very sore it seems to be getting worse , can anybody please help me, is it a yeast infection, a reaction to the condoms or something more sinister,
Thankyou
