White spots on penis and balls. What are they???

Hi, i am 16, i have these small wgite bumps to, i have looked online about penis pearls but they only appear on the ring at the bottom of your bellend. But i just want to know what the white dots ont me penis and ball sack are, they are mainly small and when squeezed a kind of white puss colored stringy like thing comes out. Sometimes, rearely but every noun and again i get a bigger one like a spot you get on your face and they bleed when i pop them.
I am very self conciouse about my private area, as most people are, also i can image it is very off putting for women.
So can anyone who has or has had a similar problem give me some advice and reasurance etc. Thanks, it will be much apreciated.

They may be Fordyce's spots by the way. Totally didn't think of that at first.
Everyone has those and they are harmless.
However, those you cannot (easily) pop. Anyway google it to see some pictures to make sure it is or is not this.

Since this forum is underpopulated (i.e. not many anserers and a lot of questions) I don't think anyone with the same condition is going to come around and tell you what to do.
The only thing I can think of is that they are certain glands (don't know the name in English) that got choked up. The same things you get on your face when in puberty (and beyond in lesser numbers).
Something you can try; wash it gently but thoroughly with a mild soap for a few weeks at least. This will reduce the chance that more glands get choked. If the situation doesn't change in a month, contact a physician.
I can understand your not having contacted a physician yet, but do know that they're there to help you.

If the stuff that comes out is not liquid (puss), but actually solid (i.e. it is made up of one or more strings that are not liquid but solid), I would contact a physician right away.
If it's puss, than there's probably nothing to worry about, but indeed it would be off-putting for women.

How long have you had them?
