White stuff on the head of penis, RAELLY ODD
I've been getting these white flaky stuff on head of penis for a couple of years.. just over a specific spot, as shown in the pic here: https://pasteboard.co/HrlaIUh.png
It doesn't itch, doesn't burn , doesn't hurt. When I wash the penis with water the White stuff goes away. And slight reddish patch beneath white stuff becomes visible. And... the white stuff comes back in a week if the that area stays dry.
What is this? Yeast? Lichen planus? Something else? Really want to find n get rid of it.....
No medical condition, in 20s, no smoke/drink, not on any medication.. NO sexual contact with a female having fungal/yeast infection.
