Why do I feel need to urinate?

Hello, and thanks in advance for your time.

Five weeks ago I had a thrush infection on my pens. Red rash, no discharge, a little burning on urination but not much.

Two weeks in I was out at a bar and felt an increased need to urinate. More than usual when drinking.

This came and went over the last three weeks. I went to doctor and got urine test done and everything is normal. Thrush has gone.

My penis is still tingling and I feel I need to urinate more often. Nothing wrong with flow and not waking up in night etc.

I feel an irritation in my penis rather than any pain. The burning has gone and no other symptoms at all.

Any ideas welcome.

HH
