Why do I have a weak urine stream and urgency to urinate with a normal prostate?

I am 70 years old. Lost 14 pounds in last two years without much trying. Last year or so have weak urine stream, frequent urination as if I have BPH but my PSA has been only 1.03 for the last three years and the urologist told me today my prostate felt normal. He is sending me for kidney ultrasound and will do a cytoscopy to check my urethra and bladder. Sounds like a cyst or cancer?

As BPH develops, these two main symptoms appear;
1- Weak urine stream.
2- Urge to urinate more frequent because the size of your prostate gland affects the capacity of your bladder.
You don't have to worry about cancer. Your PSA is very good.
Kidney ultrasound should rule out any other suspected issues.
