Why do i have an Oder from my penis?

I have had this oder for over a year now. I have had chlamydia and gonorrhoea before and noticed a similar smell when i had chlamydia, so i immediately thought it would of been a common STD. However i have been to the NHS sexual health service several times and the tests came back negative. I have even paid for a private sexual health test that tests for 8-9 different STDs and all results have been negative. I have consulted with my local GP and he took a urine sample and could not find anything either. My GP did give me some medication that he thought might help, i think the meds were penicillin based. Whilst on the medication the oder was treated but not cured as soon after finishing the meds the oder came back. I dont know what to do. I shower 1/2 times a day and 30 min after washing i can smell the oder again. I pull back the foreskin and wash with mild cleansers, ive tried almost everything. I has surgery with a Urologist regarding a different matter and i briefly spoke to him about the symptoms im having regarding the oder. He gave me a prescription he thought would kill any bacteria that might be causing the smell. It didnt work.

Since having this oder i have had sexual intercourse with several woman, two of which i went back an had sex again. The first time having sex with both woman they were hygienically clean, i never smelled any oder from the they're genital area. The second time having sex with both woman i noticed their was an oder from there genital area, the same oder i have. I am getting married soon and i really do not want to pass on this smell/oder to her as it would be a very bad situation if she was to contract it.

Penile odor (that's o-d-O-r) can be of several origins.  You've already did the antibiotic thing but all that does is alter the usual (normal) flora under your foreskin.  Very "fragrant" penis can occur in some phenotypes and is entirely normal.  Eccrine glands are very unique to people (that's armpits, crotches, and prepuces).  Brunettes and men with dark skinned penises which are uncircumcised can be quite fragrant, and it can be quite penetrating, even freshly cleaned.  Straw blondes and some redheads often have a very "woodsy" odor down there, especially if they are hirsute.

But another cause is diabetes.  Poorly controlled diabetic  penises often have the odor of acetone mixed with sugar syrup and it can on occasion, really carry.

My advice, if she raises no issue don't fret about it.  An episode of oral would be the only time the typical girl would really encounter it - and she might think it's nothing unusual.  Only about 20 to 30% of penises are totally odorless.
