Why this is So?

Why the arousal level is high at night.I usually get lot of erections at night and sometimes can't even sleep properly because of this but this is not so during the day. It's not that hard.Is there any reason for this and is this normal

Hi Daniel and welcome. Sounds normal to me. So much running during the day, erections are the last thing on our minds but at night after a hot shower or bath our bodies relax and erections are more prelevant. Im the same. Plus you might be touching yourself more before nighty night!
