Hi there. I wonder if you might have gingivitis or infection on your gum margins
This would give you bleeding when you brush your teeth. Another possibility is oral lichen planus. It might be more a dental question than a medical one. Good luck

Hi there,
A complete evaluation is extremely important for diagnosing your condition. It could possibly be an ulcer in your stomach as this would cause bleeding of the stomach and blood would come up to the mouth. Other possibilities are any infection of the lining of your throat, lungs and nose. A throat examination and tests like endoscopy and X-ray chest may be helpful. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Discuss your concerns with your attending doctor. Keep me posted.
Best wishes and regards!
