hello, im a 20 year old male seeking an answer that has been on my mind for quite sometime. Can caffeine increase ones libido? its seems like every time i drink a sugar soda, coffee, tea etc. i cant stop thinking about sex and all i want to do is jerk off. if i really could get a strait answer that would be awesome guys thanks

Hi NickYou have put your finger on it but cant see it, I'm talking about sugar, if you also take lots of sugar in your coffee and tea, thats were its all coming from and lifting your libido up and over the top, get the sugar cut back, and the you will fill better and and cutback on your masturbating, when you can bring your masturbating down to a couple of times a week, the will make things better for you as well.
