closed foreskin

This was my first question:
I am 21 years old and I would like to know why my foreskin does not open.Is it a problem because other guys have foreskins that open?(answered)

This was my second:
Is it okay to have sex with this condition or it will cause problems?(answered)

My third:
I have masturbated and I have seen some whitish discharge which I have realized that it comes from between the foreskin and penis. Is this a bad sign? Also what amazes me is that I don't feel any pain urinating or even when I masturbate. I had sex for about five times now but with a condom and the first time I thought I was going to bleed but that didn't happen.I have not felt any pain during sex (never had it without a condom).I thinking of getting circumcised but a bit afraid that I won't like it (it might hurt).

first the last question, that discharge was smegma, a substance the foreskin makes to protect the lining of your penis, and has antibacterial properties. It came out because you have a tight foreskin and haven't properly rinsed the inside of your foreskin cavity. And yes, circ procedure is easy, but it hurts like holy hell for a month, and i lost enough sensitivity that I couldnt *** for a year.

The smegma while can smell, has never been shown ot be harmful, its been shown to be helpful.

You need to stretch your foreskin, this can be done with a cream

http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis/

Topical steroid ointment is now the treatment of choice for phimosis, due to low morbidity, lack of pain or trauma, and low cost.  Betamethasone 0.05% is the name, you rub it in and try pulling back, over a few weeks it loosens up so you can properly access your glans & wash it off. They also have pamphlets on proper hygiene and treatment of your foreskin a that web site.
