As already mentioned there can be many causes for long term diarrhea, even though, one of the most common causes is Amoebiasis. Just google for ' Amoebiasis ' and check if your symptoms match. If it matches, you need to get rid of the parasites with proper medication and thereafter, take extreme care with regard to the quality of food and water you take to avoid its recurrence.
