I am pasing some useful information for premature ejaculation

Squeeze Methods Developed by Masters & Johnson
Masters Johnson method to control Premature Ejaculation
Developed by Masters and Johnson, the squeeze method describes stimulating the man to the brink of ejaculation. When the man feels the onset of orgasm, he squeezes his penis hard enough to inhibit ejaculation and to partially lose erection.
The partner stimulates the man's penis until he is close to ejaculation. At the point when he is about to ejaculate, the partner squeezes the penis hard enough to make him partially lose his erection. By circling the hand just below the head of the penis, a squeeze will prevent ejaculation. The goal of this technique is to teach the man to become aware of the sensations leading up to orgasm, and then begin to control and delay his orgasm on his own.
This technique progresses from manual stimulation to motionless intercourse to intercourse with both moving. Masters and Johnson reported that 98 percent of couples who learned and used these techniques had success treating premature ejaculation.
Squeeze Technique For The Couple:
[1] This is best done by the couple, but the man can do it alone by masturbation if there is no partner or she is not willing to participate.
[2] The couple start by being as relaxed as they can, and free from distractions.
[3] The couple kiss and caress until the man is aroused, and then she takes his penis in her hand and begins stroking it.
[4] The man concentrates on his feelings of arousal, to increase his sexual awareness. (He does not try to think of other things in an attempt to distract himself from ejaculation).
[5] When he feels he is about to ejaculate, he signals to his partner.
[6] She immediately stops stimulating him and applies firm but gentle pressure around the penis where the glans (head) meets the shaft. She applies this pressure for 10-20 seconds.
[7] She then lets go, and they wait without doing anything for about 30 seconds.
[8] The procedure is repeated several times before ejaculation is allowed to occur.
Practicing this technique allows the man to successfully gauge his sexual response and determine the amount of stimulation he requires to orgasm so he will be better prepared during intercourse or sexual activity. A steady progression of practicing this technique manually to motionless intercourse and finally to intercourse was reported to be successful in 98% of those who perfected the technique.
This method cures the vast majority of people, provided that both partners are keen to co-operate
This might help you.

This nocturnal discharge is normal in the young age. Do not worry about the discharge and masturbation. Both are normal.Worrying about the discharge the habit of masturbation damages more than the problem itself.Take it lightly. Masturbate when natural urge is there. Do not excite yourself by Porno films etc.Otherwise masturbation is a good habit. everybody masturbates. Don't worry.
