growth & circumcision

I am a grandparent and legal guardian of my  7yr grandson, he is not circumcised. I dont think he can totally retract his foreskin. Will this affect the growth of his penis if he doesnt or cant retract the foreskin? Should I consider circumcision?

It won't affect the growth of the penis.  As gym said, talk to the pediatrician.  Don't be in a rush; don't consider circumcision until you give it a chance to all come together in its own time.

At age 7 that's roughly about the age when the foreskin should retract. As I said about that age. I suggest taking him to the Pediatrician and mention it to him/her and get an opinion.
