Hi Francesca, Nice name, Ok if he thinks there is still more ejeculate in him then this is not to do with his burning, and if he gets burning why urinateing then its a UTI.
Now his ejeculating problem could be that he has a weak pc muscle, this is the muscle that stops him urinateing, pumps his ejeculate out and pumps blood into his p***s, now if his is weak then he needs to start some kegels, its an exercise that wil strengthen it, just get him to go to pegym and look for the kegel exercise, it will take a couple of weeks of doing it 3 times a day, but trust me it will work, you can do them as well it will strengthen your vagina muscles , so it will work for both of you but you will be able to grip his p***s.
