Hello,
Redness and burning of testicles is mostly due to an infection like epididymitis or orchitis. Another cause could be due to neuropathy or vitamin B 12 deficiency. Chronic epididymitis is characterised by inflammation even when there is no infection present. Sometimes there may be compression of the nerves in the area which may cause persistent pain.

Please get it checked from a urologist and get this possibility evaluated.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I'm better now. I slept in air-conditioning, but now I stopped sleeping in air-conditioning and improved.

How long did it take for you to heal ? I have it too where I feel a burning sensation , I went to the hospital but apparently they say I have nothing. No infection no nothing.
Hi miguelangellll.  How are you doing now? Is it any better? How did the ER evaluate you? I'd follow up with your general practitioner doctor if you still suffer this. Did you have a fever or just the testicle sensation? There's actually a lot of things besides infection though that can cause testicular sensations. I don't know if they checked for these things but would definitely talk to your doctor if you still suffer any discomfort. https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/causes/sym-20050942
