low testosterone, help.

im 24, 6ft and have a really hard time gaining muscle, i have little to no sex drive and i have had a complete lack of any drive for a while now... so i had a blood test done at my primary care doctor to check my testosterone levels when i got the results they said "your numbers are normal." so i asked if i could have the number and she said 304. i had done some research and from what i have read 304 is on the low side especially for someone who is 24... so i asked if there was anything she could do because of the symptoms i have and how i feel and she said no... my question is, what can i do now? am i just supposed to live with this until it goes lower? i really feel like im stuck with the way i feel and its really impeding my life, i need help

Hi Sir, If I remeber right around 900 is tops 600 is middle rang so you are low, so the only things a dcotor will proscrib would be a gel, a patch or an implant that slow releases testosterone over 3 months, and all drugs the 2 things I have put to you are a herb and a minural, both pritty safe, but then its your life and I wont tell you what to do with itOK.

I was thinking about getting a second opinion from a new doctor. i got all the blood work from my old doctor. i can always go with the herbal supplements after. is 304 low enough to receive treatment?

Hi so we have some gentry amongst us, ok sir, two things I think you cold try, one is Tribulus, this will help boost your testoterone, lift your libido and kick up your energy levels, it just a herb and takes around 8 weeks to get to full power.
And two is a minural call Shilaijit, this runs along the same lines so the two should give you a real boost.
You can google these for more info.
Good Luck
