Oh hey, one more thing. Try not to think about whether or not you'll be able to perform. Just concentrate on having fun and try not to think about sex. If it happens, just enjoy what's happening at the moment and not think of anything else but what you're feeling right then. I focus on only pleasing my wife and her only. She loves the attention and then I get a nice surprise when I least expect it and it's wonderful. Best of luck!

You're welcome and yes, I have seen much improvement. Everyone is different though so don't get discouraged if it takes you two weeks or two months. Some guys have reported that it took almost 6 months to reboot their brains to respond to normal stimulation again. Hang in there and let me know how it goes. Just stay strong and stay with it. you'll have some ups and downs and feel horny and then nothing for a while. All I can say is that you will get better with time. Think of a car in the repair shop. You can't use it while you are repairing it. It has to be fixed and then you'll get to use it again just like new. Does that make sense? I would recommend 90 strict days of no porn, masturbation or orgasms. It'll be tough, but you'll get through it. Keep yourself busy and shoot me a message if you need some more encouragement.

Try reading this, Buddy. You're not alone but just hang in there and try not to think too much about it when you are with her.
